in which all profits are donated to various food banks (except for the commercial
section as highlighted in this website) within the north-east which will continue until
such times as financial regulations require taxation to then be applied, at which time
the charitable exercise will cease accordingly. The intention would be to then
recommence the charitable bank exercise in the following financial year if such
